The user has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons by communicating within 2 (two) days of receipt of the purchased products the will to exercise the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL by sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
In the e-mail you must specify the order number, the name and surname indicated on the purchase and the codes on the invoice for the items you intend to return.
The user therefore undertakes to send back (the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer), within and no later than 5 working days from the receipt of the same, the articles communicated via e-mail exactly as follows:
L.G.I. Srls will refund the amount related to the returned items (shipping costs excluded) by bank transfer or PayPal, only after the completion of the suitability checks performed on the items received. The user is requested to report the data necessary to receive the refund at the time of communication via email.
L.G.I. Srls reserves the right to refuse returns not previously authorized, items that do not comply with the terms and conditions provided and shipments received after the specified deadlines.
MINIMARKETSTORE reserves the right to establish a charge to the purchaser equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods in those cases in which the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions provided for by our return policy.
The goods purchased on clearance DO NOT CHANGE.
The user must send an email requesting authorization with the subject "CHANGE OF GOODS" to: email@example.com no later than 3 (three) working days from receipt of the purchased items.
The following data must be specified in the email: order number, name and surname indicated on the purchase and the codes on the invoice relating to the items that are to be changed.
The purchased products can be changed as long as all the conditions already established are respected in the case of exercising the right of withdrawal which are intended as fully referred to. (see point 1).
After the confirmation of authorization received from MINIMARKETSTORE.COM, the Customer can proceed with the compilation of the “GOODS RETURN NOTE” receipt received with his purchase keeping in mind the following:
A) if a REQUEST was made by the customer of the wrong article / size and / or if for reasons of various nature the article does not satisfy the customer and intends to change it with a different product, he must return the goods being exchanged ( shipping costs will be paid by the buyer) to: LGI Srls - VIA CELLA RAIBANO 12 - 47843 MISANO ADRIATICO (RN) within and no later than 5 (five) days from the date of authorization received by e-mail.
B) in the event that the customer receives defective goods / wrong item with respect to the order placed, once received confirmation of authorization, please prepare the item (s) in an envelope / container suitable for shipment and L.G.I. Srls will provide at its own expense both the collection of goods (at the same address entered at the time of the order) and the replacement of the item with a new shipment. If the item is no longer in production and no longer available in our warehouses, L.G.I. Srls will proceed with the reimbursement of the costs incurred by the Customer for the purchase of the item (item value + shipping costs).
In both cases, remember that:
within the return the Customer must return the GOODS RETURN NOTES filled in in its entirety;
the costs (€ 10) of the new shipment for the item change whose error is independent to L.G.I. Srls will be fully charged to the Customer and any difference in the cost of the item will be paid by cash on delivery to the courier.
After L.G.I. Srls will have received the address L.G.I. Srls - VIA CELLA RAIBANO 12 - 47843 MISANO ADRIATICO (RN), the products that the user intends to change and after having checked that all the aforementioned requirements have been met (see point 1), will verify the actual availability in their warehouses of the products in the requested size and colour. If the selected garments are no longer available, NTTL will undertake to communicate it via e-mail as soon as possible, giving the buyer the opportunity to choose another product.
Only in the case in which the buyer has requested a change of a garment received is no longer available at our warehouses, L.G.I. Srls will make a full refund of the amount paid at the time of purchase.
In the event that the item is available, L.G.I. Srls may accept the change request, will proceed as soon as possible to make the new shipment.
