The assortment on MINIMARKETSTORE reflects the availability of each item in terms of size and color. The website is in fact connected to the warehouse owned by L.G.I. SRLs. However it is not excluded the possibility that errors may occur in this sense and for this reason, once the order request is received, the MINIMARKETSTORE Orders department reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the items purchased, the validity of the transaction by card of credit and to check the details of previous transactions made by the Customer on MINIMARKETSTORE.
In the event that the ordered items are not available, or if for some reason the order cannot be processed as requested by the Customer, the MINIMARKETSTORE Orders Office will promptly notify the Customer.
The shipping costs, which may vary depending on the country and the payment method used, are the sole responsibility of the customer. It is understood that L.G.I. Srls is not responsible for any delays due to unforeseeable circumstances or causes of force majeure. Where the delivered product does not correspond to the one ordered L.G.I. Srls undertakes to collect it at the address indicated by the user and to proceed with further delivery at the expense of L.G.I. SRLs. All products are labeled and labeled, the user is asked not to remove the label and tag because L.G.I. Srls reserves the right, in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, not to proceed with the exchange or return of the product in the event that the products do not have a label and tag or otherwise tampered with. Where the ordered product is not available because out of production, L.G.I. Srls reserves the right to form a voucher of equal value that the user can spend within six months from the communication to the indicated email address.

It will not be possible to make changes to orders already confirmed and being processed.

Payments by credit card on the following circuits: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.
The customer can pay directly through his Paypal account, also associating a prepaid / debit card on the PostePay or banking circuit.
Orders are processed by L.G.I. SRLs. and sent by BRT courier or other courier that L.G.I. SRLs. reserves the right to use.
For items already available on site, the order will be processed within 48 hours (two working days) from receipt of the same or in any case after confirmation of payment if a purchase is made by credit card or paypal.
The estimated time for delivery can vary from 2 to 7 working days (order processing times excluded) based on location and country.
All orders placed during the weekend or during holiday periods will be processed starting from the next useful day (unless different notices indicated at the time of purchase) and consequently also the delivery times may be changed / delayed.
When the order is shipped, BRT's automatic service will send an e-mail to the Customer indicating that it has taken its order and reporting the description and expense of the amount assigned to it within the e-mail.
