Am I obligated to register in order to place an order?

No, you can place the order as a guest by entering all the information needed to send the product. By registering, you can still stay connected to us and receive a preview of news related to current promotions. Instead, it is mandatory to register to be able to purchase as a professional and request an invoice.

How do I upload a product to my shopping cart?

There are several ways to load a product into the cart.

1. If you click on the PHOTO or on "+ Info”, a window will open with the characteristics of the product, the price, the button to change the quantities and add the product to the cart.

2. If you click on Add to cart, the product will be loaded directly into the cart and only then can you change the quantities.

How much is shipping?

SRLs. is not responsible for any delays due to unforeseeable circumstances or causes of force majeure. Where the delivered product does not correspond to the one ordered L.G.I. SRLs. undertakes to collect it at the address indicated by the user and to proceed with further delivery at the expense of L.G.I. SRLs. What are the payment methods?

Credit card:

Payments by credit card on the following circuits: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.

Paypal:

The customer can pay directly through his Paypal account, also associating a prepaid / debit card on the PostePay or banking circuit.

Is it safe to pay online?

Online credit card transactions are performed directly on the Bank's website, through a Secure Server that adopts the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protection system. Bull's Darts Italia is not aware of the credit card data used by your customers.

How are orders shipped?

Orders are processed by L.G.I. Srls and sent by BRT courier or other courier that L.G.I. Srls reserves the right to use.
For items already available on site, the order will be processed within 48 hours (two working days) from receipt of the same or in any case after confirmation of payment if a purchase is made by credit card or paypal.
The estimated time for delivery can vary from 2 to 7 working days (order processing times excluded) based on location and country.
All orders placed during the weekend or during holiday periods will be processed starting from the next useful day (unless different notices indicated at the time of purchase) and consequently also the delivery times may be changed / delayed.
When the order is shipped, BRT's automatic service will send an e-mail to the Customer indicating that it has taken its order and reporting the description and expense of the amount assigned to it within the e-mail.
For customers who pay by credit card, you can use the tracking service to track the status of your shipment. Simply enter the code received via email on the www.brt.it website.
